Ingredients

4 cups assorted salted mixed nuts
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 to 2 tsp. ground red pepper
2 tsp. dried coriander (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°.

Combine mixed nuts with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in large bowl; set aside.

Blend remaining ingredients in small bowl; stir into nut mixture. Evenly spread nut mixture on ungreased baking sheet. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until nuts are golden.
