Toss shrimp, lime juice, lime peel and garlic in large bowl. Let stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cornstarch and salt.
Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Sticks in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp mixture, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in cilantro. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice and sprinkle with additional cilantro.
