- 3 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread - 1 clove garlic, chopped - 2 hoagie or Italian rolls, split - 8 ounces kielbasa, sliced - 1 medium onion, sliced - 1 medium apple, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices - 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions
Combine I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread with garlic in small bowl; evenly spread on rolls. Toast rolls, cut side down, in 12-inch nonstick skillet. Remove rolls and keep warm.
Cook kielbasa, onion and apple in same skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until onion and apple are tender. Stir in cheese. To serve, arrange kielbasa mixture on rolls.
TIP: For a great party appetizer, serve the kielbasa mixture on toasted bread rounds.
